How to raise and resolve a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Our commitment

Zyvora Jewels Private Limited is committed to resolving customer complaints promptly and fairly. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we are required to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 calendar days.

We treat every complaint as an opportunity to improve — from product quality issues to order delays, payment disputes, and privacy concerns.

The Nodal Officer coordinates with law enforcement and government bodies as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to raise a grievance

Step 1 — Write to support@zyvora.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs or documents. Our support team aims to respond within 24 hours on business days.

Step 2 — If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily within 7 business days, escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@zyvora.com, quoting your previous ticket or reference number.

Step 3 — If the matter remains unresolved within 30 days of your initial complaint, you may approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the appropriate State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for your state.

External redressal

You may also raise a complaint on the Government of India's National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at consumerhelpline.gov.in or by calling 1800-11-4000 (toll-free).

For disputes related to digital payments, the RBI Ombudsman Scheme is available at cms.rbi.org.in. For data-privacy complaints, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
