Eligibility window
Most unworn pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery when they remain in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Personalised, engraved, or pierced items may be final sale unless defective — we will note this clearly on the product page.
How to request a return
Open the order in My Orders after delivery and choose Request return. Share a short reason so our team can approve quickly.
Once approved, we schedule a pickup or share a drop-off guide. Refunds or exchange pieces follow inspection at our facility.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of successful quality check. Banks may take additional time to reflect credit.
COD refunds are processed to a bank account or UPI detail you provide during the return review.
