What we cover
Manufacturing defects in setting integrity, clasp function, and finish under normal wear are covered for 12 months from delivery unless a longer period is stated on the product.
Natural diamond and gemstone identity is backed by our sourcing standards and supplier documentation.
What is not covered
Normal wear, scratches from impact, misuse, improper cleaning chemicals, or third-party alterations are outside warranty.
Lost or stolen pieces are not covered. Ask about care services for polishing and resizing when available.
How to claim
Email our concierge with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We will guide inspection and repair timelines.
