Most in-stock pieces are packed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take longer; timelines appear at checkout and on your order page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays move into the next business packing cycle.

Metro cities typically receive delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Other pin codes may take 5–10 business days depending on courier coverage.

You will receive tracking updates by SMS and email once the shipment is live. Track status anytime from My Orders.

Cash on delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Online prepaid checkout is offered wherever payment partners are enabled for your region.

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready. Our partners may attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel.

Every piece leaves our atelier in protective packing designed to avoid scuffs and moisture during travel.

If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery when possible and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the outer carton and seal.
