Zyvora lifetime exchange lets you return eligible purchase pieces toward a new purchase of equal or higher value, subject to valuation guidelines.

Pieces must be authentic store purchases in identifiable condition. Exclusions may apply to heavily customised work.

Our team assesses metal weight, gemstone market inputs, and condition at the time of exchange. The assessed value is applied as store credit on a new order.

Valuations are updated periodically and may differ from original purchase price depending on market conditions.
